Challenger Nutrition Egypt – Shipping Policy

At Challenger Nutrition Egypt we aim to get your supplements to you quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, costs, and timelines for orders within Egypt.

1. Shipping Coverage We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays). Orders placed after [2:00 PM EGY time] will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping & Delivery Times Once processed, your order will typically be delivered within:

  • 1 to 3 business days for most major cities and governorates in Egypt.
  • Please note that delivery to remote or less accessible areas might take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling EGP 1500 or more.
  • Fixed Shipping Fee: For orders below EGP 1500, a fixed shipping fee will be applied to your order at checkout.

6. Accurate Shipping Information It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Challenger Nutrition Egypt is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts Our shipping partners typically make [2-3] delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Delivery Delays While we strive for timely deliveries, Challenger Nutrition Egypt is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, national holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will, however, do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
