Challenger Nutrition Egypt – Return & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
At Challenger Nutrition Egypt, your satisfaction and health are important to us. We aim for a clear return and exchange process, guided by Egyptian consumer protection laws.
1. General Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Period: You can return or exchange most items within 14 calendar days from delivery. For manufacturing defects or if the product isn't as described, you have 30 calendar days.
- Product Condition (Crucial for Supplements): For health and safety, all returned or exchanged supplement products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging. Items must be unused, undamaged, and unopened.
- Proof of Purchase: An original invoice or receipt is required for all requests.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Any supplement product that has been opened, unsealed, or used in any way.
- Gift cards.
- Custom-made items.
- Items explicitly marked as "final sale."
- Any item not in its original condition due to customer misuse.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange:

- Assessment: Our team will review your request. For all returns, we will verify the product's seal is intact.
- Authorization: If approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back. Do not send items without prior authorization.
- Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original, sealed packaging with all contents.
- Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for defective/damaged products or our errors. For "change of mind" returns (if eligible and sealed), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
4. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected (including seal verification), we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your bank account within 14 business days.
- Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- For change-of-mind returns, please note that original and return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Exchanges:
- Eligible exchanges (for sealed products) are processed once the returned item is received and approved.
- Any price difference will be adjusted. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items on Arrival:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
